I had an issue with my order waiting longer than expected for a reply left me feeling mentally drained. That said, they did eventually sort everything out, so I can’t complain too much. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but it turned out okay overall.

I ordered from ozpack.com.au and the packaging was alright overall. The box made it through delivery, one corner was a bit crushed when it showed up.

Nothing inside was damaged, so that was a relief, but I did expect the box to feel a little stronger. It’s probably fine for everyday items, I’m not sure I’d trust it as much for anything heavier.

I felt like I was the one doing something wrong the whole time, but the site just wasn’t very easy to use. I had trouble finding what I needed, the pages loaded slower than I expected, and the menu didn’t really point me in the right direction. I did manage to get through checkout eventually, but it took way more clicking around than it should have. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely felt more frustrating than necessary.

Ordered from ozpack.com.au and delivery was quick overall. Got to me in a few days, which was better than expected. Tracking was alright too, not perfect, but enough to know what was going on. Giving 4 stars since it arrived fast and had no real issues.

I ordered packaging from Ozpack it was decent. The material felt sturdy, the finish looked clean, and it didn’t have that cheap flimsy feel you sometimes get with lower-quality options.
A few pieces did have small marks on them, which wasn’t ideal, but they were still totally usable and it didn’t feel right to make a big fuss over something minor. It did the job, and overall I’m happy enough that I’d probably order again...

I had a quick question and they got back to me fast. They sorted it out without making it feel like a big deal, which I really appreciated. Really happy with the help overall.

I expected a lot more for what I paid. It just didn’t feel like the quality or value matched the price, and I think most people would feel the same once they see what they’re actually getting

They had pretty much every packaging item I needed, a few extras that felt unnecessary. Still, it was nice being able to find everything in one place.

I got my order from Ozpack, and while the box arrived in good condition, the order itself wasn’t totally right!! A couple of items were wrong, and one thing was missing altogether... so I had to go through everything, double-check it all, and then email them about it. They did get back to me, which I appreciated, but it wasn’t exactly quick!!! Just a bit frustrating, especially because I really needed the exact items I ordered.

I ordered some custom boxes for my little shop, the options were way better than I expected. I did have to go back and forth over email a couple of times to get the size just right, which felt a tiny bit dramatic in the moment because I was stressing over every inch like my whole business depended on it. But they were really helpful and patient, and once the final boxes showed up, I was so relieved. They looked great and made my packaging feel so much more put together. I’d definitely order from them again
